COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This saison is brewed with a significant amount of local alfalfa honey, producing delicate floral notes, a soft honey sweetness and a dry finish. A short time aging in oak wine barrels adds layers of complexity. 100% brettanomyces fermentation.

Editor’s Note: Bottled versions of this beer as well as draft version at GABF were barrel aged. Recent 2014 kegs at the brewery are not barrel aged.

shimmering gold with lasting puffy white head. Incredibly dusty nose, tons of pear and apple with considerable brett a la cantillon, more juicy than boulevard saison brett. Front palate shows more sugar, light white grape a la peconic but way more pear and lemon citrus balance, mid palate showing dusty dough and lemon-lime citrus before the drying finish is minerals and faintly brett. High carbonation keeps it light, almost draws sweetness out too singularly.

>> Thank you MrChopin for the share. Bottle #30/204. GUSHER! Pours a beautiful, full haze, glowing straw, sparkling carbonation, beautiful foam and lace. Nose is amazing fresh peach and tangerine, very Cantillon like funk medley with FouFoune written all over it. Taste is FouFoune Light with bright acidity, great quenching, low sourness, mild citric and lactic blend, aerated lemonade palate. Big fruit peach all over. Super juicy. Really superb.

Wow, the funky aroma hits you so well right after taking the cap off. You get huge sweet and funky notes developed so well in both the nose and on the tongue. Pours clearer darker golden with a big bright white head.
