On tap at F&M. Honey gold beauty head and carbonation. Horsey rustic earthy nose. Very earthy flavor, dry finish. Served at slightly warmer temp which works well. Dryness could be a bit much after too many.

JAXSON (528) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 17, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Amber pour with a small white head. Nose is yeasty, peach and pear skin, various oak and wild aromas. Mouth is buggy wild yeast, sour apple, dry oak. Pretty well integrated and thankfully pretty dry. Interesting, definitely worth checking out some more stuff of theirs.

2013-08-16. Crisp golden amber body with a small tan head. 3+ Moderate aroma, sort of grainy funky pale malt. 7+ Flavour is relatively bitter, lightly spicey character over pale malt. Finishes bitter and grassy. Average plus bodied palate. Okay, enjoyable. Growler At Campground Brewdown.

Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a lightly hazed golden hued amber with a thin to medium sized white head. Soft sweet brett, gentle funk, touches of sour acid. Gently funky, musk, a bit of tartness and more funk. Nice, funk, acid into the finish. This was beautiful.

Campground Showdown 2, growler, thanks axilla. Small off-white head atop lightly hazed light amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, Brett/cherry, some funk, light Bourbon. Taste is moderately sweet, Bourbon, cherry, some Brett, orange. Light-medium body, light acidity. Lots of interesting flavors, but left it a little muddled to me.
