Medium amber body, moderate skim of off-white foam. Nice traces of lacing. Nose is lightly-sweet malts--caramel, coffee, bread, muffins--and some lightly floral hops. Flavor provides additional depth with the interplay between hops and malts. Medium bodied, low carbonation from the cask, silky on the tongue, light bitterness in the finish. Incredibly easy to consume.

[Cask] Amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, toffee, floral hops, toast, and light butter. Taste of caramel malts, toffee, grass, and a bitter hoppy note in the finish. I thought the hops were a bit strong on this one.
