Dark amber-brown body, small eggshell head, soapy lacing. Nose is caramel, warm bread, light citric and earthy hops, and a smidge of musty brett. Flavor is similar with a caramel, nut and bread malt base, light bitterness and faint earthy must. Medium bodied, semi-sweet, moderate carbonation, lingering finish.

Draft at forest & main with Dallas. Pours a clear amber copper body with thin white lacing. Aroma is cinnamon, fruit, spice and caramel candies. Mouthfeel is spicy and thin with notes of clove, cinnamon, yeast, and light vanilla.

Draft at Forest and Main. Pours a dark, almost purple color with no head. No real aroma to speak of. Sweet flavor, low carbonation, slight dusty flavor. No real wild characteristics that i’m picking up.

Draft. Pours dark straw with off-white head. Nose is malty, somewhat funky yeasty, but I swear I got a hint of buttery smell in this. The flavor was malty, with hops, and very little in the funk/wild yeast/bacteria department.

Pours a dark amber color with an aroma of citrus, yeast, and toasted malt. Citrus and toasted malt flavor with a bit of brett sourness. Nice beer.

Amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of light brett, caramel, citrus, leather, toast, and light bacteria. Taste of citrus, spices, caramel, nuts, and some astringency. Dry finish.
