Orange pour with a white head. The aroma ha some bread, ginger and lemon notes. The flavor is incredibly complex. I get a lot of cherry, lemon and orange notes as well as some yeast, biscuit malt, pepper and ginger. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

dmac (4007) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 3, 2013
Bottle shared by whaleman at Monmouth Park gathering. Poured an unimpressive mostly cealr light gold with a smaller to average sized white head. Aroma was solid and funky, some acidic notes like a wild ale along with apple cider vinegar and cherry. Medium bodied with with average carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste. Flavor is astringent with notes of apples cider vinegar, hint of lemons, cherry and fruity all around. Didn’t really pick up the saision in this one but a good beer none the less.

Bottle shared by whaleman at the Racetrack Gathering. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft tart funk on the nose, lightly funky, with some touches of acid. Funky and tart, lots of bright acid and cherries. Bright with some soft funk and fuzzy musk into the finish. Great acid and tartness here. Beautiful.

Bottle... This beer rocks!… Cloudy peach-colored pour with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The fruity, yeasty nose is citrusy, lemony, bready and mildly spicy. Light to medium-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor nearly mirrors the aroma – tart, bready and fruity. Tongue-numbing, yeasty, tangy finish. We have a flawless beer here. Many thanks go out to jyoungsbcp for providing this bottle of world class beer!

(750ml bottle #38 of 204) cloudy gold, fine white bubbles. This is the kind of saison I like, crisp, sour, and refreshing. Nose of cherry, wine barrel, spicy belgian yeast, lightly tart, lemon. Taste of lightly tart cherry, wheat, lemon, cranberry, complex fruit profile, wine barrel. Light in body. Vinous linger.
