3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale amber color, the foam is like champagne pearls and disappears within a few seconds. Many small yeast particles floating around. The beer smells fruity, tart, slightly yeasty and malty. Starts very tangy, with caramel and fruity flavors, paired by sour-yeasty accents. The middle part is mild yeasty, fruity and acidic, with slight caramel nuances. Goes into a yeasty and fruity-sweet caramelly finish!
