Bottle 33cl @ 15e Kerstbierfestival 2009, Essen, Belgium.
Clear light medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light yeasty, fruity, coriander notes, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091212]

Bottled. An dark golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, yeast, hops, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lots of yeast, some milk, and spices, leading to a smooth lightly spicy finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with the slightest haze and a rough white head. Lovely spicy/fruity nose with a little yeast. Medium body, fruit, spices, yeast, vitamin C and a metallic whiff. Lightly tart. A fresh one. 030410

33 cL bottle, Kerstbier Festival 2009. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light spiced. Lingering fruity and light spiced flavoured, light bitterness coming through. Mild citric and fruity lingering finish. Light milky note.

Bottled (from BeerPlanet.eu). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is quie bready malts, yeast, some herbs, earth and mildly barnyardy notes. Flavour is sweet maltyness, some yeast, mild herbs, caramel, toffee an some slight barnyardy notes. A quite nice beer, as it warms a bit from fridge cold.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear amber coloured with a medium sized off white head. Fruity aroma of hops, grass, spices and citrus. Fruity flavour of grass, citrus and spices. Citric and hoppy finish.

Tasting at Papsø
Hazy deep blond color. The aroma shows a light but suspicious sourness; spicy Ale. Simple flavor, sweetish and honeyish malt, spoiled by light sourness and vegetables flavor. Something was wrong with this bottle, even if in the origin it was a reasonable Ale.

Cloudy amber with a tiny beige head. Yeasty aroma with malt, corinader and malty hints. Yeasty flavour with coriander, malt, hops and fruity notes. Finished dry.

(33cl bottle, BB 09/11) Pours a clear golden body with a small fizzy head that quickly diminishes. Aroma of florals, orange, lemon zest, coriander, and other herbs. Flavor of coriander, grass, and yeast.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty minty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.
