Tap?, at Erasmus, Brugge, March 2006. Hazy amber gold , good fluffy white head and gentle condition. Big booming complex aromas of limes, pineapple citrus, dry resinous pine sap, yeast and an overall fruitiness, quite dry and bitter in the mouth with a strong citrusy lemon and lime note mixed with woody sap, lingering dry yeasty finish with more fruity resinous pine notes.
4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 Hildigöltur (5107) - København, DENMARK - MAR 18, 2006
Draught at Erasmus, Brugge. Hazy dark amber coloured. Huge aroma of pine needles, juniper and fruits. Like walking into a forest after it’s been raining. Pine needles and loads of citrus in the flavour. Woody notes. Light astringency. Medium to high carbonation level. Medium body. Extreme. Excellent. Reminds me of Småland.
4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 sebletitje (4413) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JUL 18, 2011
Draft @ 9th Rencontre des Brasseries du Luxembourg Belge. Holy smoke, how did I ever not try this one before?

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 fiulijn (10421) - Como, ITALY - OCT 29, 2006
Golden color, with the most classic and beautiful of the creamy Belgian heads. The aroma is peculiar, with some herbs (rosemary) to join the malt and coriander. Medium body structure, malt taste, softer than expected, and quite refreshing for a Belgian ale; very light herbs here as well and very light lemon peel. Consistent final. A solid blond strong Belgian ale, with a touch of originality.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 13, 2007
(Bottled) Very hazy reddish amber with a tight, medium head. Smoothly malty and spicy-herby aroma. Sweetish, strangely but pleasantly herby flavor with very smooth maltiness. Medium to full-bodied, silky-smooth palate. A very pleasant, extremely balanced and totally enjoyable brew.
