Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 22/06/10. Amber coloured with a decent, off-white head. A fairly standard bitter, with cereal malts, a touch of fruit and a decent bitter finish. Avoided being too sweet and drinkable enough.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.

ABV: 3.9%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malty, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - orange, caramel, malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110428]

Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Noted at 3.9%. Amber colour. Good condition. A little fruity malt in the aroma and flavour. Touches of earthy hops. Easy-drinking with a slightly soft mouthfeel - I would have preferred a bit more hoppy bitterness. A fairly unremarkable, traditional style session bitter. Solid enough though.
