Slightly dishwashing-liquidy nose with some cereal and a bit of malt. Pours a gentle gold with a fluffy head. Flavour is more cereal notes with some biscuity malt coming through. Little to no hops. Finish is slightly sour. Average.

Cask. Golden colour thin white head. Aroma is malty and bready. Taste is light fruity with some malt with an emerging light bitterness. Fairly watery mouthfeel . It is ok for a session.

Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Another clean gold beer. This one did have quite a pronounced zesty citrus tang to it so did stand out from the crowd more than most I tried on the day.

Cask@GBBF2012. Golden colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, nectary and also has some slight honeylikenotes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, grassy and caramelly. Citrusy finish.

Bottle from Tuckers Maltings or Darts Farm. Hazy golden, quite big white head. Hoppy nose with a touch of lime. Malty with lemony hops, and hoppy flavours that remind me of good aromatic hops in a (south) German Pilsener.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - orange, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110428]

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2010. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ,10. Gold with white head. Nice hoppy bright beer with a tangy orange peel note to it. Refreshing, citric, a very decent beer with a fair old finish.
