33cl bottle. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and alcohol. Medium body and average carbonation. Tastes sweet and malty with quite dominating alcohol. Aftertaste reminds me of sweet whisky (from sherry cask). Drinkable, but a bit too sweet for my taste. A hint of hops may be detectable, but caramel, malt and alcohol dominates. Hints of bitterness in the finish. A hint of cinnamon is detectable in the aftertaste. Not bad, but not a beer I need to drink again, but I wouldn’t mind it eighter. Bought in a Wine shop near Vesterbros Torv in Copenhagen

Skinnyviking (5712) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 6, 2012
Bottle. Low but lasting off-white head. Clear dark brown body. Powerful apple pear caramel roaswted malt aroma with a spicy touch. Relatively sweet caramel dominated roasted malt fruity flavor with a nice hops bitterness. Alcohol can be spotted but is subdued. High carbonation, long aftertaste. Pleasant surprise.
