Ein myrkari bjór við góðari fyllu, søtum og beiskum smakki. Eitt farri av ristaðum kaffi, lakres og sjokolátu er eisini í smakkinum.

33cl bottle from Secret Santa pours a murky, opaque black with some thin, off white head. Nose is mostly just candy and molasses chews, some prune. Flavor follows, cloying sweetness, licorice and molasses. Not much else. Full finish. A bit much.

Cola-like pour with quickly dissipating head. Slightly roasty, coffee and chocolate aroma. Taste is similar - a bit thin but not too bad

The smells is hard roasted malt and caramel and a little bit of licorice. The taste is also caramel and licorice with very little hop bitterness. It is very exaggerated to call it a stout, and I think the brewery should rename it to Green Islands Dark Lager, for it will not mislead customers alike. As stout, I had certainly given it some more points but as stout it may simply not impress.

Black with small light beige film. Roasted aroma with some fruity, slightly smoked notes. Flavour has roasy and light coffee notes. Sweetish with short, medium bitter finish.

Pozytywne zaskoczenie, czuć tu nagazowanie, ale jednocześnie mocno karmelowe i treściwe piwo. Na szczęście nie przesłodzone. Smakuje całkiem nieźle.

Bottle. Pitch black, clear very dark brown color, small to no brown head. Intense coffee and dark chocolate smell. Dry, light sour taste, medium to strong bitter. Thin to medium body, typical low carbonation, leaves a oily feeling in the mouth. Tastes bitter like a dark coffee, some nice chocolate and roast malt notes. Complex, yet light to drink, I like it.

Good and tasty stout. Really liked it and taste was rich with different stadiums. Best Faroe beer I have ever drank.

Pours dark chestnut brown, firm light brown head. Typical roasty aroma, some hints of liquorice and coffee. Taste is quite light, distinctly malty with some herbal note. Relatively light body, medium carbonation. Light finish, a probably bit loo low on alcohol.
