Deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweet apple fruity aroma. Sweet malty flavor, some faint fruityness and a light bitter finish.

This beer is to much apple or fruity for my taste. Also to sweet in the taste. The label is also boring.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden, clear, without much head. Pronounced sweetness wth loads of cara- and münchener malts. Discreet bitterness. I find it very pleasant although some may consider it way too sweet. 070704

Amber colour with a small white head. Watery aroma, but notes of alcohol and malt. Sweet malty flavour with a bit bitterness. Very drinkable, but nothing special.

The Jóla Bryggj I'm drinking has an alcohol content of 5,8% and not 4,6%. I don't know if mine is the same beer..?! Small head on a clear light amber body. Watery nose with a little malt. Sweet malty aroma with good bitter aftertaste. Not the most interesting christmas brew but alright!

Quite watery and boring. Pretty similar to the normal Danish christmas brews.

Amber coloured with a small but fine head. Very malty in the aroma as well as in the flavour. Slightly one-dimensional though.
