Sigmund (4949) - Tau, NORWAY - JUN 30, 2011
330 ml bottle, from a grocery store in Torshavn. ABV is 2.8%. Golden colour, pours fizzy with a short-lived head. Aroma of unhopped pilsener wort, notes of grain and cooked vegetables. Fizzy and watery mouthfeel. The flavour is grainy and dull, hardly any hops, sourish and metallic finish. One to forget.

Bottled 330ml. -trade with faroeviking (thanks Jacob). Yellow coloured, small white head, herbal nose with hint of chamomile. Very watery, slight bready and rotten cereals with notes of chamomile. Low carbonation. The worst Froya Bjr so far.

Bottle that ogivlado got in a trade with faroeviking and shared with me (thanks!)
Pale golden body with a tiny thick white head that went away fast. The nose is malty and hardly brilliant, slightly sourish. Quite watery taste, slightly sourish, very light flowery notes mixing with equally light cardboard. Some light carrot or beet maybe. More water. Ugh.

Organic is slightly better than the regular Froya Bjr - Ljs Pilsnar. I cant really put my finger on it, but there are some few elements that make this beer less unpleasant than the other light beer from FB. As it goes for rating the beer. I would say that its a less than average beer. Yellow, fizzy with a rather off-putting sour scent. Its like FB - Ver, it just tastes a lot worse

Skinnyviking (6772) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 5, 2010
Bottle. Low fluffy white and quickly disappearing head. Clear light yellow body. Mild sweet herbal aroma. Mild herbal sweet and a bit thin flavor with low carbonation but an ok long aftertaste.

Bottle. Thanks Faroe! Clear yellow with a medium off white head. Aroma is weak malty and light hoppy with light fruity notes. The flavour is mild malty and light cereal.

Botella. Clear golden with a huge white creamish head, fair lacing. Quite mild malty and hoppy aroma with some graininess. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour is as with the aroma quite mild with grains and malt along with a quite mild hoppiness. Not bad but as allready mentioned a few times: quite mild a brew.
