Bottle from a Vínbúdin in Reykjavik. Ppurs amber woth a fading off white head. Grainy citrus aroma. The taste has grainy malt, lemon citrus and a metallic note. Thin bodied. Some flavour, but not overly enjoyable.

Clear dark yellow, white lacing foam head. Barley aroma, little dishwasher tones. OK taste, not outstanding. Great country mark, thanks Jan. (Velp 201508)

Hyggelig gylden farve og sřdlig maltet aroma. Let alkohol og guldagtig smag. Let drikkelig og simpel men ikke kedelig. Anbefalingsvćrdig for alle smage

330ml bottle kindly shared by Skinnyviking at the annual Absalon tasting. Clear golden-brown body. Off-white layer. Loose lacing. Grass and mild caramel malts on the nose. Mid-sweet flavors of brown malts and dried fruits. Dry ending. Slightly metallic and a bit floury in the mouth. Drinkable, well more than just drinkable (hotel room, Church time, 04.05.2014).

Rating #944, gul, kedelig. Karamel duft. Malt og karamel i smagen. Tyk fylde. Bedre end forventet.

Malty and nice Easter beer with a rich fullness that goes well with the dining table.

Oelbas (268) - DENMARK - MAR 25, 2014

Bottle. Aroma of fruits, grass and weak hops. Dark yellow clear colour with white head. Rather sweet flavour with malt and caramel with some fruity notes. Very suitable for spring but perhaps not for Easter.
