Hell, klar. Geruch malzig, ein kleiner Hauch von Hopfen. Schlank, bitter zum Ende, nur leicht malzig. Kein Hopfengeschmack. Starke Rezenz.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Blonde color with short white head. Weak hoppy aroma. Taste is fresh with less bitternes and simple. A nice beer on a hot summerday.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Vínbúðin, Iceland. Pours a clear, golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, hoppy, fruity. Medium sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Crystal clear golden, white head.
German Hops, Marzipan, caramel.
Sweetish, practically no bitterness.
This might be great if you are really thirsty and if you want a beer from Faroer in your statistics, but the rest is just another boring standard Pils.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle - I imagined a Pils from the Föröyer Islands to be as harsh and bitter as the living conditions there. No comprmises. Turned out it wasnt worth the money at all. An average, maybe even substandard, pils to forget.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Copenhagen 6/12 2015. 33 cl bottle from Skjold Burne. An advertisment for "Summar Festivalur 2014" is a give away that this beers expiration date is quite a long time ago (february 2015). Some kind of angry ram on the label. Pours clear yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer. Some lacing. Aroma is herbal with some cooked vegetables with some saltiness. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Taste is sweet and malty with some notes of burned car tire. That ram certainly has a good reason to quite grumpy.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
(2) Not worth trying. Had the tour at the brewery - that was interesting, but you know what - people would love to tell stories from having a beer from the Faroe islands - unfortunately there is no story to tell.
