Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some earth and mild berries. Flavour is rather similar with a slightly salty tone to it, and the berryish notes being more evident than in the aroma.

Bottle, at RBNAG-11. A quite dark one, reddish brown in color, and topped by a smell, dense, off-white head. Prunes, sugar and some maltyness in the aroma. The flavor has dried fruits, prunes, maltyness and a touch of bittering hops. Full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Some bitterness in the swallow. A quite pleasant beer, but quite far from my idea of an abbey beer. 111015
