Large snow-white foam that has good and inviting aromas of summer berries, yeast and citrus. Clear Belgian blonde ale with light citrus touch, sweet richness with berries acidity to follow. Easy fermented flavor with a moderate hoppy bitterness in the final. Easy to drink and thirst-quenching, but certainly worth spending time on. Enjoyment value is much higher than the thirst-quenching properties of this ale has. Good and type of real blonde ale.

Bottled. Light to medium bodied, low bitterness. Spicy, fruity taste, wheat, yeast, citrus, cloves. More like a watery wit, than a Belgian ale? (2009-08-18)

Bottle. Hazy dark honey blond body, small white head. Belgian ale yeast, grains, hints of heather and honey. Sour grainy yeasty tones with sweet honey-like hints. Medium carbonation, full body. OK, but a bit rough and slightly generic.

Thanks to travlr for this one! Aroma and nose hold both banana, weak spicy yeast presence, and a touch of clove. Seems more a hefeweizen than anything else? Not off, just bad.

Thanks Travlr! Clear blonde with a small white head. Grainy banana, clove, lemon, dough, and chemical esters. Something has gone awry! Eisbock it...

330mL thanks to Travlr. The pour is a lightly hazy blonde. Weak white head. Nose is not too bad- sharp lemon and dough moving to fresh yellow apples. Taste is cidery, tannic apple skin, sweet yellow apples, baked apple spice. Nothing offensive but is a great example of a common brewing flaw. For Belgian Ale...way way off. Would do better as cider.

Bottle. Clear yellow color, small white head. Aroma is dirty socks. Taste is plain bitter lemon. Not my favorite of the evening.

Sampler at CBF 2011-06-28. Murky, pale golden with no head. Apples and malts on the nose with spicy notes. Acidic, sweet, spicy and malty flavors. Light to medium body. Finishes short.

Bottled at Kbenhavnske ldage 2011. Lightly hazy golden, no head. Fruity nose. Sweet with medium body. Almost neutral flavour with only some genral fruitiness and notes of paper. No bitterness. Dull.
