On bottle. This brew has all the atributs of a witt, yet none of the flavours. Pale orange, hazy and a nice, big white head. The aroma is subtle, but wheaty and blossom-like. No anglica or pepper tho´. The mouth is waterish and the taste is tending to be semi-phenolic and bland in turms of barleyflavours.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2008 Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a nice big head. Sweet fruity wheat aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and fruity with some wheat, yeast, mild spice and light bitterness. Fruity wheat finish. One of the best beers from this brewery. This should continue as a regular brew.
