Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and straw as well as light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, spices, and fruit. Thanks yespr for getting this for me.

Thanks to travlr for this one! Aroma and nose hold both banana, weak spicy yeast presence, and a touch of clove. Seems more a hefeweizen than anything else? Not off, just bad.

Thanks Travlr! Clear blonde with a small white head. Grainy banana, clove, lemon, dough, and chemical esters. Something has gone awry! Eisbock it...

330mL thanks to Travlr. The pour is a lightly hazy blonde. Weak white head. Nose is not too bad- sharp lemon and dough moving to fresh yellow apples. Taste is cidery, tannic apple skin, sweet yellow apples, baked apple spice. Nothing offensive but is a great example of a common brewing flaw. For Belgian Ale...way way off. Would do better as cider.

Bottle. Clear yellow color, small white head. Aroma is dirty socks. Taste is plain bitter lemon. Not my favorite of the evening.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Lightly hazy golden, no head. Fruity nose. Sweet with medium body. Almost neutral flavour with only some genral fruitiness and notes of paper. No bitterness. Dull.

330 ml bottle, a gift. ABV is 5.8%. This might be the first beer I’ve had with angelica as one of the ingredients. (In the Nordic countries, this herb was not uncommon as a flavour ingredient in farmhouse beer and spirits in the olden days.) Hazy pale golden colour, big white head. Interesting and pleasant aroma of herbs, spices and Belgian ale yeast. Light bodied. Fairly dry flavour with moderate notes of herbs and spices, but the mouthfeel is too thin. Slightly fruity / acidic finish, very moderate bitterness. Could have been better, but well worth sampling.

Bottle. 1 month past ’best before’. Thanks to Faroeviking. Pours a murky yellow/light orange with a diminishing white head. Sweetish and yeasty aroma. Faint touch of citrus. Tart, sweetish yeasty flavour. Slight notes of oranges and melon. Bit of cooked vegetable in there as well. Dry, watery and quite tart finish with lingering notes of yeast. 29.07.10.

Bottled 330ml. -trade with faroeviking (thanks Jacob). Slight murky yellow/orange coloured, small white head, mild acidic spicy nose. Light but pleasant taste, malty, yeasty and citrusy with notes of spices and orange peel. Also spicy finish. Nice.

Bottle that ogivlado got in a trade with faroeviking and shared with me (thanks both!)
Poured a darker yellow body that turns orange near the top, carrying a small white head. Slightly murky and nice. Nice, sweet malty nose, that suddenly starts carrying a sharp bitter note that ruins it. Some bubblegum does show, acting genuine for the style. It carries into the taste too and owns it. It’s sweet, light, bubblegumy, vaguely salty and bitter, and like pretty much all beers from this brewery, weak, too weak for its own good, and that’s pretty much its only bigger flaw, it’s so much closer to the style than the "IPA" they make and a pleasant beer.
