An ok little Czech like pilsner in the style. Czech hop aroma and creamy fullness. Interesting expiry date 30/2-09 the crazy islanders.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of cardboard and hay in a stable. The flavor is sweet cardboardy combined with light notes of metal, straw, and stable. The body is light.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a small to medium sized white head. Malty-sweet on the nose, with pale malts and a touch of fruits. Quite sweet flavor with pale malt, fruityness and a nice bitterness. Medium body. Decent bitterness in the finish, but overall it’s a quite boring beer. Decent, easy to drink and without off-flavors though. (081211)

Clear medium to light dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light to moderate yeasty, barnyard, cardboard. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average to short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is metalic. (230808)

EBF2008. Golden coloured and clear, has a white head, mostly diminishing. Odd aroma, odd malt? Flavor is nice, crisp, starts lightly sweet and finish moderate bitter.
