On tap at the brew pub, 8/8/2014. Characterful pils, with some leafy hops, crisp malts, touch of stone fruits and decent, bitter, finish. Enjoyable.

On draft. Pour was hazy yellow with a nice head that yielded good lacing. Aroma of grass and hay and cereal and light fruits. Flavor followed with dough mixed in among a nice hop profile to balance this beer out well. Mouthfeel was moderately carbonated with a smooth to moderately full body. Nice stuff.

On tap at the brewpub, June 2013. Dark brown, as far as I could see in the cheramic jug. Rich, malty.

Draught at the brauhaus, 5.6% ABV
Cloudy blond color with generous compact head. Mild but nice aroma of malt and hops, with a light fruity touch. The mouthfeel is smooth; it has a pretty good malt flavor, with light residual sweetness, correct bitterness, and delicate grass and hay in the end.
A well balanced Pilsner.

Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - APR 13, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, deeper gold colored body with a two finger-width, creamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grassy with a sweeter pils malt backing. A bit grainy and a few fruit notes. Flavor is similar. A bit on the sweeter side when it comes to malt, but balanced by a nice grassy hopping. A few fruit notes before this finishes dry and somewhat bitter before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a somewhat active carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid pils. Clean and balanced while being on the malty side, but easy drinking and enjoyable.
