COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On draught only.
Birra di grande personalità, nella quale già il colore giallo oro-carico richiama il sole nel risveglio della natura e nella gioia di vivere. Nonostante il grado alcolico leggermente superiore alla media, è morbida all'assaggio con toni tenui di caramello e spezie accompagnati dall'aroma prolungato ma discreto di luppolo.

Pale golden colour, large white head, slowly to disappears. Fine hoppy aroma (hops flower, hay) on a clean malt base. The Forst honey-sweetness lacks in flavor, that is more herbal, finish with a round bitter taste and turns in a soft bitterish aftertaste. Medium to light body, pleasant and easy to drink. Filtered but unpasteurized, it is a nice fresh pils, probably an all-malt beer, surely the best pale beer from Forst.
