330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish pale malty aroma, hints of yellow apple, a touch of straw. Taste is pale malty, subtle sweetness, hints of hay and straw, some bitter hop, cautious hints of yellow apple. No epiphany of course, but quite a solid Pale Lager.

330 ml bottle. BB 07/05/15. From the brewery in Forst/Algund (BZ), Italy.
Clear golden colour with a small white head. The aroma is malt, maize, mild bitterness (very mild) and mild sweetness. The flavour is mild dry hops, maize, malt and mild honey sweetness. I seem to find honey in all Forst beers...

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2014 Colore biondo oro. Schiuma abbastanza persistente. Aroma prevalentemente floreale e leggermente maltato.

20 cl on tap. Very pale yellow, crystal clear, with an average, creamy and moderately persistent bright white head. Typical euro pale lager smell: lots of grain, little bready maltiness, perhaps a tiny presence of grassy hops too. Pleasent but way too subtle and quick bitterness. After that, lots of cloying and rather aritificial sweetness. Some cooked vegetables notes in the background. Average carbonation, light body. Meh!

0.33l bottle. Clear pale golden body, white head. Seemingly intense carbonation. Aroma of grains, floral hops and some cardboard. Taste of bread, hay, earthy and floral hops with a touch of metal. The finish has a nice hop bitterness. Light medium bodied beer. OK beer.

Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light cardboard. Body is light to medium, malty and – lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light metal. Finish is short, malty and lightly sweetish, light - some metal and faint alcohol (with really faint hoppyness). Lager with notes of sharp metal –really nothing special here. Tastes really cheap.
