Bottled. A pale golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of grain, straw, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Draught at Eataly, Bologna. Clear golden with a medium white head that slowly diminished. A clean aroma of flower and malt. Flavour is crisp malt, citrus and light spice. Solid malt backbone. Very clean and crisp. Light hoppy finish. Refreshing - nice one.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, malt mash, sweet sticky malt, cardboard notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
