Pretty refreshing lager beer, with a well balanced flavour and a good hoppy finish. Nothing really different from this kind of beers, but not really bad.

16.08.2016. 0,33l Can. From Despar, Grado, Italy. Golden yellow colour with white head. Soft floral aroma with light grassy bitter notes. Rather thin beer suited for long hot summer days in Italy. Fresh. Flavours are pretty weak. Soft grassy with light flowers and soft summer at the end.

Overraskende lækker italiensk øl. Drukket kælig på en varm solteresse i Italien. Dejlig frisk, tilpas med bitterhed

A soft smell of straw, light sour. The white medium large creamy head has a normal duration. The body is pale orange. A light malty taste, light bitter start, the finish is even more bitter. The body is light to medium strong with a normal carbonation.

Pale yellow clear body. Medium lacing head. Aroma is hay, hops, malts and some fir. Palate is soft , flat watery, carbonation soft. Taste is malty, fruity as some basic corn ice beer with added dryness from some citrus juice but not sweet. Finish short mild little bitter and dry.

I have drinked this beer quite a long time ago, during a high school trip (my review might be a little bit biased due to the good experience at the trip :)) The beer is slightly malty, not too sweet. Quite floral taste, with a hint of citrus in the aftertaste (if I remember right). Average amount of foam. In most areas of South Tyrol, Forst is the biggest brewery around - if you are on a trip there and can’t find any craft beer, you should try a Forst.
