Bottle@Dolomites, Italy. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is dry and fruity and the flavour is quite dry with a bitter finish. Overall not half as bad as I was expecting.

(Bottle 66 cl) Pilsener golden with a small, white head that quickly collapses and completely vanishes. Slight flowery nose. Decent malty body and a rather pronounced hopppy bitterness. If it wasn’t for the added corne one could take this for a classic German pilsener. 200705

They had 3-packs at the store, so I bought one. Golden in appearance with a quickly vanishing white head and low carbonation, this came across as being too sweet to be a pils. Sweet malt flavors with a slight hint of hopping. Clean finish. Gave the other two bottles away.

When in Italy, you gotta give Forst a try. I found this walking through Florence and fell in love. At 1.25 Euro, you can't go wrong. No where near a good beer. A medium white head, plain appearance and aroma. A bland taste. Overall kinda lame. But ya gotta love it.
