on tap pizzeria Milan. Dark brown with light brown creamy head. Aroma of toasted caramel with a light hint of chocolate and apricot. Taste is balanced, roasted coffee, chocolate and dried fruit, lightly bitter finish, very creamy. A good beer.

Gran bella birra, realmente.

Rating from 2008, on tap: Cremiger Schaum.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2014 Pours dark amber color with a nice beige head. Smells of sweet dark fruits (plum, raisins) and some malts with a little vinous note. Flavors of caramel and toasted malts, slightly bitter finish. Good doppelbock, my favorite italian industrial beer.

Tasted from tap in Venice. Dark brown with white head. Aroma is caramel and toffee and prunes/raises. Some biscuit aroma. Taste is huge caramel and toffee. Very chewy. Huge malt with almost no detectable bitterness. Sits on the palate for what seems like an eternity. Italy has a winner here. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

10. July 2013, on tap at the brewery garden, 30°C. Looks good, very dark, small head, malty, a little bit roasted. Good for an italian beer.
