COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Very Important Pils).

Tap at "Forst Bierstuben Zentral" in Bozen. Very grainy, load of diacetyl, some sulfur. Metallic, some faint hoppiness. Watery.

Liking these beers from Italy that i got in Halifax. still true to the style of a pils but very quenching and flavourful at the same time, kinda herbal flavor but still good.

Can: Poured a golden clear amber with a foamy white head. The aroma is floral, hoppy, and harvest. Taste is sweet grainy almost pinecone taste with a hoppy aftertaste.

Tap, Liftstuberl Kastelruth. Flowery aroma. Flowery, hoppy, grassy flavor. Long hopbitter aftertaste. Just a bit grainy, but certainly not bad.

Bottle. Straw colour with a mostly diminishing frothy white head. Corn, honey, DMS aroma. Toasty malt flavour with a perfumed bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, smooth. Decent flavour compared to the lacking aroma. Very important? Not so much.
