COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Very Important Pils).

forst (9) - ITALY - JAN 20, 2009 does not count
Probably the best italian pilsner on tap, except for a couple of microbrewery-scene ones maybe.

in florence on tap in forst glass: golden clear, nice fluffy head/big bubbles with air pockets. well balance malt/hop flavor for an italian pilsener or way better then american crap(macro-stuff). easy drinking and refreshing on a hot day with nice flavor. went back to this cafe just to have another glass....no more poroni or moretti for me!!

Spritziger Abgang, herb, trocken. Nordisches Pils. 11/10/10/11//11

Draught. Pours clear straw coloured with a small creamy white head. Lots of really small bubbles in the glass. Aroma is light yeasty and grainy. Taste is dry and hoppy, fresh and crisp, dusty malts towards the end. Not bad.

Golden colour, good bubbly head. The taste is fresh and quite malty, with a good balanced bitterness in the hoppy aftertaste. Refreshing and drinkable, a good standard pilsener.
