Our unfiltered Belgian-style farmhouse ale, inspired by the Saisons of Wallonia, is dry, bold and spicy; golden in color, full of herbal and floral aromas, with flavors of white pepper, sage and coriander generated by our special Belgian yeast strain. Substantial hop flavor provides a satisfying balance to this flavorful, quaffable ale.

drained a sixpack during the ratebeer chat session when we were all toasting the life of Walt! .. . deep gold .. solid foam .. . mild funk, dirty hay, and straw and cereal grains .. . overall is pretty clean and easy to put down (like old yella) .. i enjoyed it, and a big plus from this brewery after the other 2 terrible beers iíve had from these guys.. . . . What if Quasimoto is just constantly being chased by a bee?

Not your fatherís saison. Really interesting spice palate that somehow tastes more Belgium on the Brazos than straight Belgian.

Tap at Sugar Land Saucer. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, spice and soft fruitiness. Taste is a little weak, though there is a bit of a spicy character. Mouthfeel is kind of thin.
