Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, minerals, fruits, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear golden with a white lacing head. Dry, Bretty aroma. Medium body, a dry and lightly perfumy fruitiness with subtle Bretty accents leaving a dry, sulphurous finish. I’m not entirely certain that the Brett is intentional, but it works pretty damm well. 230212

Good balanced amber ale with a big white head. Aroma is soft, with malt, hops and a touch of spices. Taste of malt, a touch of caramel, flowers, alcool...hoppy and spicy finish with a few few few bitter aftertaste. not bad, to drink without great expectations.
