COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
1900 is a nod to the very things that got us where we are today- crisp, clean microbrews all from the belly of a little brewery tucked away in the outskirts of Old Town. The result is a superbly refreshing, bright and delicately balanced amber lager.

Obviously this is a lager, but this beer has virtually no taste whatsoever. Watery as well.

On tap at FCB - light amber with lacing. Has a noticeable malty backbone but somewhat of a hemp aroma and a sweet taste. Part of a flight but I could see slowing sipping one of these.

Aurelius (4178) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Part of the Brewer’s Lunchbox mixpack, ABC Liquors, Bull Run. Bad label. Clear, marzen-looking beer with a lacy head. Sweet aroma without much in the way of noticable hops. A polar flavor - sweet on one hand and hoppy on the other without a real marriage of those flavors. Grainy, slightly grassy-astringent, toasty. Tastes like marzen. Mild, toast-bitter finish. Medium body. Sessionable, and not bad.

Clear deep golden color out of the bottle with a thin off white head. Nose of crackers and a little lemon rind. Actually a very nice lager beer. Crisp malty flavors with some lemon notes, white bread and a delicate bitterness in the finish. Why can’t all lagers be like this?
