COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
1900 is a nod to the very things that got us where we are today- crisp, clean microbrews all from the belly of a little brewery tucked away in the outskirts of Old Town. The result is a superbly refreshing, bright and delicately balanced amber lager.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow to light amber. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/bread, husks, wort), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a note of DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Relatively nice malt character starts things off but quickly becomes tainted with husks, raw wort, and cooked vegetables. Grainy aftertaste as well. It certainly could be worse, but it also could be a lot better.
