COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light brew with a slight grain flavor in the finish. A hint of lemon grass, almost tart- characteristic of wheat malts. This is an unfiltered American version of a hefeweizen and a distant cousin of Major Tom!

Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 23, 2005
Citrus nose. Frothy white head, clear solid yellow body. Taste is all lemons and cloves. Great yeasty, bitter finish. Light bodied. More approachable and balanced than Major Tom.
