On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear golden-yellow color with a thin white head that hung around nicely. Aroma was rather faint with some light hints of cereal, dough, and a light grassy hoppiness. Smooth, lightly sweet entry with hints of cereal, light toasted grain, and cream lead into a lightly bitter, earthy hoppiness that lingers into the finish paired with some faint hints of sweet vanilla. Crisp, active carbonation and average mouth feel. Overall, it doesn’t blow any minds in terms of the flavor, but still manages to taste decent while keeping the beer light and drinkable.
