COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A celebration of craft beans, craft brews, collaboration and innovation resulted in this rare and enticing brew. Together FCB and Jackieís Java carefully cupped, sniffed, roasted and brewed three distinct varieties of coffee that resulted in an amber ale playfully infused with bold coffee notes.

Pours a dark amber with just shy of a thmubs width cream head. Head leaves pretty quickly though. Aroma started off great but kinda started to wear on me towards the end.French vanilla, caramel, doughy, and a little earthiness from the coffee. Taste s definitely of a marriage between an amber ale and coffee and cream. Sweet with a little boldness from the coffee. Again initially liked it more than I did by the end of the bottle where it was starting to wear on me and Iíd have definitely preferred a more black coffee (how I drink my coffee) flavor to it than a coffee and cream flavor. Medium bodied to this, silky in mouthfeel, not much carbonation. Bought this blindly, the concept of fusing amber and coffee appealed to me and had me super curious. Glad I tried it, its definitely a unique beer, and while I thought it was a decent beer on an objective level, it just didnít align with my taste buds. Iíd drink it again but wont be going out of my way to buy another.

Pour is an ice tea lookalike with no head at all. Aroma is deffinalty a rich coffee and not much else. Flavor is dirty malts with undercooked vegatables and nothing after that. Almost no coffee in the flavor. This went from ok to poor real fast. I have never seen a coofee amber ale and I donít think an amber malt base works with coffee.

Whats the abv? big mystery i guess,im guessing 6-7%? Pale golden amber light barely frothy head with lacing. Nutty aroma slightly toasty honey almost buttery.Defenitaly hitting some wierd nutty coffee notes Its malty nutty sweet but light medium bodied with a clean taste, medium carbonation. Its like a light amber/ light brown ale with a nutty coffeeness to it. The finish is the same but slightly citrus/ bittering. Nicely drinkable.

Golden, honey color. No distinctive aroma. All I taste is honey-like sweetness with little or no coffee.

Bottle. Poured a clear dark amber color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate toasted malt & coffee aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium coffee sweet smooth flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a clear bronze body and an off-white head. Aromas are spicy, roasty, coffee, chocolate and malty. Flavors are spicy, earthy, roasty, coffee and grainy. Odd beer. I have had light colored coffee beers before, but they generally have a bit more character than this. Medium bodied. Really bland to be honest. Nothing wrong though.

Wow, this one did not work for me. It pours a light amber color which is a bit strange for what I thought was going to be closer to a stout. The coffee aroma is great. The taste? Yuck....like a slightly better than average light beer with no coffee taste at all (to me at least). Itís palate is very "watery" so itís a total turn off. Didnít finish my glass (sharing a bomber with beer buddies at work).

Earth and coffee in aroma with a slight detection of sweetness. The flavor is a mix of sweet malts and coffee. Not much a fan of coffee, this was okay though.
