3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 onceblind (1623) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 27, 2011
Clear dark gold, with an aroma of wheat and soft pomegranite juice. Taste was much the same, but with a more assertive pom-juice tone, more up front on the flavor profile than it was on the aroma. Smooth, delicious, and different.

Bottle. Yellow, clear, very light head and soft carbonation. Finish starts with a strong taste, but wraps up clean. Nice balance of a mild sweetness with some tartness.

bottle. Pours a golden color with small white head. Aroma is wheat with a light tartness. Medium bodied, smooth, nice palate. Flavor is at first your typical wheat, but then leads to a nice slightly sour pomegranate finish. Doesn’t have the soapy / grainyness so many wheats have. I actually dig it.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 3fourths (6407) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 4, 2011
bottle. filtered straw gold. white bread crust and perfume flower petal fruit nose; soft and starchy. filmy, oily and slick; medium-light body. light citrus fruit rind oil. moderately bitter and lightly peppery. clean but uninteresting.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 TheHopster (425) - Netcong, New Jersey, USA - JUN 3, 2011
(bottle) My glass was almost absent of aroma. Clear light golden color without much head and minimal lacing on the glass. The pomegranate does come through in flavor. Slightly sweet and tart. My preference would be to use the real fruit juice (not juice concentrate) with the real fruit color and bring more of the flavor forward in a natural way. Not bad, but has more potential.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 hogan873 (437) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - MAY 6, 2011
This beer surprised me a bit. I was expecting a fruity, sweet brew with almost no bite. The sweetness is there up front, but there’s a nice punch of bitterness towards the end. It’s apparently not an unfiltered wheat, as the gold body is quite clear. The aroma is light with just a hint of the pomegranate. It’s a decent beer, but not one of favorite fruit wheat brews.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 rougeau13 (1222) - Texas, USA - APR 17, 2011
Clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of wet dog, wheat and some fruit. Taste is sweet and wheaty, and what’s this?...hops in a what beer....Unfortunately a bit of hop presence isn’t enough to warrant drinking this again. thin and watery body.

lit lacks something that is worth drinking multiple time. both sweet and sour at the same time, the tartness of the fruit contradicts the astringent bitters and hops of the overall flavor. medium palate and the beer doesn’t linger too long.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 paultheguru (636) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 26, 2011
The brew was a crisp, light straw color with a slight haze to it. Like most flavored beers, the pomegranate was fairly light, but suprisingly pleasant. Mouthfeel was a little on the dry side, but other than that, this beer was very refreshing. I could see it being a great summer beer for Coloradoans, besides Coors Light. LOL!

Bottle. Pours a clear golden, fruity aroma. Crisp and refreshing, a little bitterness in the flavor. Fruity sweetness in a clean finish. Not a huge fan of fruit beers in general but this one is pretty good.
