3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 RSRIZZO (1683) - Colorado Springs, USA - SEP 24, 2007
Had this beer on 5/21/2005. Interesting note, this beer comes with two totally different labels. One with a red rocket blasting off and the other is a yellow bi-plain. Both labels came in the same six pack. Color is a hazy pale gold with good carbonation and nice head. Aroma is a faint wheat scent with light tones of hops. Taste is crisp, tart and bitter. Starts with a light body that goes down crisp with a clean feel. The finish comes on with a faintly sweet malted wheat flavor that has a light fruit flavor coming though it. It then turns to a tartness and ends with a mild hop bitterness. its a nice warm summer day kind of beer.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 drjay44 (1735) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUN 1, 2012
12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin short lived white head with some lacing, over a clear gold (SRM 5) body....nose is light cereal, with hints of fruit (pomegranates).....taste is light cereal finishing with a hint of fruit sweetness then finishing tart...mouth feel light, carbonation high. The fruit was done with a very light hand. The result is a wheat beer with only the barest hints of fruit. It is light and refreshing, but it is very minimally a fruit beer. BJCP6/3/11/4/5
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 rumproasts (218) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAY 23, 2012
golden with small head. i can’t detect an iota of pomegranate or any other fruit for that matter. just a watery wheat beer. whoever says this is the "most unique beer ever brewed" should have their head examined.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 RobertDale (972) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - MAY 9, 2012
12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy dark gold with a small white head. Aroma of pomegranate (I guess) and grain. Taste is pomegranate, wheat, and citrus. Was surprised by the flavor. Light and refreshing. Enjoyed it.
3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 rollinsr (161) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - MAY 6, 2012
Pours clear yellow with some foamy white head. Aroma is mostly tart yeast. Flavor is slightly tart as well with not much emphasis on the wheat. Fairly crisp and drinkable. Not bad if you are are in the mood for something light and slightly different.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Patrickctenchi (389) - columbus, Indiana, USA - APR 9, 2012
Bubbly gold, tiny white head.
Scent is sour wheat..
Taste is tart-bitter fruit and wheat.
watery.
Not impressed. maybe it’s the pom juice concentrate....
seems a bit contrived to me.
3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 tone77 (165) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Pours a cloudy golden color. Smell is of, pomegranate and wheat. Taste has a wheat tang to it, pomegranate is present but not over powering. Overall a pretty good beer.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 queenholly (521) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - MAR 30, 2012
Bottle. Light wheat malt and fruit aroma. Dark golden with a small white head. Wheat malt, sweet/tart fruit, light hop bitterness. Light carbonated body with a dry finish. The hops weren’t working for me in this one.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 polomagnifico (940) - Saginaw, Michigan, USA - MAR 22, 2012
Bottle. Aroma has notes of sour, cereal lager type brew. Medium yellow hue with a soapy white head that left little lace. Flavor is lightly sweet and bitter. Palate is light bodied and water average. Overall a big let down. Pomegranate wheat sounds like a great idea but man did FCB fail to deliver! Move along, nothing to taste here.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 JMerritt (1602) - Macomb, Illinois, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Bottled. Pale gold with a bubbly, bright white head. Rather straightforward, boring semi-sour wheat nose. Sour grain flavor, I’m not sure I can detect any pomegranate at all in either the aroma or flavor, honestly. The end result is just a sub-par, overly carbonated wheat ale, to me.
