Taste some American History. A 1924 recipe of Al Capone brewed wth malt, rice and soy beans. Originally called Canadian Ace in the 1920's and served at speakeasys in the Northside Chicago area. "Tell em Sandy sent ya"

Light pale. Subtle aroma with suggestions of butter toffee and caramel along with a touch of lemon. Taste is interesting and very dry, possessing notes of citrus fruits and soy beans. Grainy. The concept and recipe is pretty cool, but this still doesn’t please my palate.

Very light malty aroma. Pale, hazy yellow with a nice fluffy head. Taste is lemon, a little sour and unfermented. Malty enough body, but the taste was a let down. Pilners need hops.
