COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We ventured into unfamiliar territory to create an IPA to fit our style. An intense floral nose, firm balanced flavor and long hoppy finish make Rocky Mountain IPA our very own.

Pours clear red brown with mild carbonation and a thin white head, decent retention. Aroma is citrus and hops. Taste is bitter hops and lemon. A little caramel sweetness. Slight tang in the finish.

Pouts a slightly hazy, light amber color, almost orange. Nose is floral, grapefruit, but the malt sweetness comes through too. Taste is bitter on front. Don't really taste the malt balance. Decent but probably wouldn't try again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear amber pour with white head. Aroma is great. A mixture of orange or orange peel and lavender. The taste falls short for me. There are some floral notes, but primarily it is a nice bitter followed by an astringent bitter finish. The finish keeps this out of the top 20%.

Little pour clear amber. Nose of floral hop and caramel sweetness. Initial some grapefruit bitterness followed by sweet malt, then a late bitter aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Pours a bright amber color and clear with a big off-white head that sticks on the glass. Aroma is floral hops, light caramel malts, wildflowers. Medium body with a crisp feel and average carbonation. The flavor is herbal and citrus hops, toasted malts, light bread and light mint. Nice balance and drinkability. Probably my favorite regular FCB beer.

From bottle. Pours orange with slight haze and thin head. Aroma was herbal and piney but not overwhelming. Taste was thin, a lot of hop bite on the back end. Needs more malt to balance out.

Pours a beautiful burnt orange. Small, diminishing head. Grassy, earthy aroma and taste. Well-hidden alcohol. Very nice IPA. Come back to Oklahoma.

Not the greatest ipa. Earthy, herbal, sticky malt. Even though it isn’t intensley hoppy it still misses the mark in other areas.

Nice orange hue with 1-finger head. Floral aroma. Taste is not of a typical IPA. I like it, but I wanted more that wet sticky mouth feel. A bit of a soapiness to it.

Bottle poured a dark amber hue w/ an off-white mostly diminishing head to a thin cap and ring w/ good lacing. Big aromas of cereal, orange, bubble gum, flowers, apple. Initial flavor is moderate sweet then a moderate bitter finish of long duration. Tastes are hay, grapefruit, rose, dandelion. Sweetness quickly falls to the wayside of a sharp bitterness. While there isn’t a bad taste, to me the beer is slightly off balance, I’m left with thinking, wow that was almost a really good beer. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, and a slightly metallic feel in the finish.

Nice foamy head, with a cloudy amber appearance. Taste is where it loses me, a bit on the harsh, overly bitter side.
