473ml can.
Pours a clear reddish brown with a fizzy tan head that fades away completely. Slightly sour, doughy nose. Watery flavour with a hint of alcohol and a sweet bready finish. Not great, but a good effort from Fort Garry.

not a terrible beer, but nothing I will remember anytime soon...amber in color, unimpressive white head...thats about it

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2012 Can Reddish brown in colour. Tasted a little sweet and caramely. Kind of watery. Nothing too special.

A reddish brown ale with a thick collapsing moka head. In aroma, light murky burned caramel, vanilla and honey. In mouth, a thin metallic nutty malt, rather pedestrian and boring, watery. Can from MLCC via Piscator, probably more than 6 months old. Thanks Kris.

Reddish/amber color, decent head but it quickly fades to next to nothing with no lacing. Aroma is sour with a hint of malt. Taste is a bit bready and has some metallic notes to it. Finish leaves kind of a weird aftertaste. Not really a bad beer, just kind of an odd one. Wouldn’t go out of my way to drink this again.

473 ml can, Winnipeg. Amber colour, faint malt aroma with some sour notes. Very light taste, smooth but lacking flavor. Faint malt finish. Perhaps depending on the Folklorama trademark to sell more than this would otherwise.
