2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 reebtogi (3266) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 14, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles to leave very little lacing behind. Aroma is cereal grainy with some grass and light citrus. Taste is grainy malt sweetness with a grassy and mild citrusy hop bitterness. Not even in the same league as some of the American pale ales. This is more like a macro lager and just not good at all.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 KeefOz (471) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - AUG 24, 2012
From a 437ml can. Poured a clear dark golden amber colour with a two-finger white sudsy/foamy head that collapsed fairly quickly. Poor lacing. High carbonation. Malt dominated aroma. Taste - nothing really - was bland (disappointing after a good looking beer and with a good aroma). Medium to light body. Didn’t strike me as a pale ale - was more like a macrobrewery larger.
1.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20 cards04 (827) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 25, 2011
This is unspectacular in almost every way. crisp, and easy drinking are some of the better things i can say about this beer. As far as Manitoba brewed pale ale’s go, stick with half pints st.james pale ale.

Pint can from Shopper’s Mall Liqour store. Hazy orange pour, not much head. Not much in the way of aroma. Flavor is mildly hoppy, sweet and a bit grainy. Smooth clean finish.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Bov (8204) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 8, 2009
courtesy of Florian Ruch - pours a slightly hazy amber-orange colour with a pale beige foam; long lasting; gentle flowery hoppiness with light notes of apricots; soft mouthfeeel and with a modest malt backbone, some astringency and with some light sourness along bitter tones in the finish - not terrible
