COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This holiday delight was made with a two pounds of candy canes, 60 pounds of cranberries, and over 40 pounds of spruce tips. Chocolate, caramel and 2-row make up the malty profile, balanced out with US Challenger and Czech Saaz hops.

Holiday Ale Fest. Deep orange/amber pour with a thickish white head. Pretty much nothing but spruce and mint going on here, but somehow I still really enjoyed this one. Sprucy mint, minty spruce. Where are the cranberries?

Tap @ Holiday Ale Fest... Poured a burnt orange/amber. Dirty spruce and lots of ginger. Very unbalanced and too heavy on spices. Like a cheap shot of scotch dumped into this beer. No notes of candy canes or cranberries to speak of.
