2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Fort George makes some great beer and this is a noble experiment. But the
flowery, soapy notes make this a tough one to go down. Belgian yeast could have been replaced with a hef strain for less floral assault.

Hazy golden pour with a quickly fading white head. A bit spicy with an unusual flavor(elderberry?) Not my favorite.

Can. Light yeasty nose, with some floral notes, citrus zest, and yeast. Bright neon light yellow color, bountiful carbonation. Gentle wheat, light citrus, and the spice floats up on the carbonation. Thin-medium body, some carb tingle. Nice enough, but not a great wit.

I like this one. Very hefe-like (which makes sense). Strong banana flavor notes, with the expected Belgian yeast. Totally works, and recommended!!!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Pours a hazy tannish-golden color with a moderate off-white head on there. The coriander on this one will smack you in the face before you even get a sip in, with the orange coming through subtly underneath, and very little wheat. Taste is slightly sweet with a lot of wheat character to it, and seems just super refreshing. Nice brew.

Cloudy golden color. Farmhouse funk and spice aroma. Taste immediately hits you with the belgians yeast funk and finishes with spice and citrus. Was pretty decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a bright yellow color with a large white head. A big fresh fruit nose with bananas. The flavor is spicy, some earthy malts, but dominated by a robust fruity hop, clear wit base. Floral. The lemongrass is a really nice addition. One awesome Wit.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a hazy straw topped with a fluffy white head. Nose is citrus lemon grass orange spice and some sweetness. Taste is holy lemon grass orange spice maybe even some basil. I maybe getting the lemon grass and basil because I had Thai food for lunch. Pretty tasty.

Lovely nose full of wheat and coriander and just a kiss of citrus. Smooth flavor with dry wheat, cracker, some dry coriander and a nice belgianish herbal finish. A lovely touch of Lemongrass throughout.
