Hazy dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Sweet caramel and some bitter hops in the aroma. Dark sweet hops and sweetness in the flavour. Not bad.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

In short: A pleasant chewy old-school American style IPA. Straightforward and pleasant.
How: Bottle at XXXII The Great Power of Beer & Wine, Sevilla Spain.
The look: Cloudy dark amber body topped by a persistent beige head leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: The moderately hoppy nose is half piney half citrusy with toasted notes. Body of medium size, foamy texture, comfortable mouthfeel. Taste is nice toasted white bread, cookie dough, sponge cake sweetness, a generous piney-citrusy hopping. A round bitterness that is tasty but never aggressive. Nothing remarkable but I can’t complain about anything here, a good IPA. Compared to the new trendy aromatic IPAs we find these days I could help but to think “this is so 2005” and then I started to think the phrase “this is so 2005” is so 2010.

Lightly misty golden copper. Very hoppy, concentrated dry fruit, peach, caramel. Some alcohol, fruity, strong bitterness. Drinks well, the best that was on tap on my visit. (Sampler at the brewery)

IPA beer a little rough, murky, but fresh and intense. Bitter with hints of grapefruit. Nice!

This one seems a bit overrated to me. It's grassy, heavy and has off flavours that could come from too high fermentation temperatures. No freshness from the hops. Underwhelmed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Zoret (119) - Badalona, SPAIN - JUL 21, 2014
IPA d’estil americà, fruitada i resinosa. Entra dolceta pero enseguida apareix un amargor resinós bastant potent que ve per quedarse.
