0,33cl bottle Appearance:Hazy reddish brown beer, with a good tanned head of 2 fingers. Ok retention, but not much lacing. . Aroma: Malts, cocacola, (vegetable, caramel, dark sugar.) Taste: Sweet, Quite some caramel, dark fruit a bit of cinnamon, light herbs and some dark sugar. Finish is a bit sweet with some roastyness. Medium body,, soft carbonation, oily texture. Lacks complexity and too sweet for for a Quad.

8th Feb 2015: on-tap in The Red Rose (Brugge). Dark brown body with a red hue to the edges, on top a beige topping. Malty molasses fill the nose, fairly sweet with caramel esters being the main aroma, some fruitness and yeast hints too. The taste similar with a semi-sweet malty front which leads to a mildly dry finish with a trace of bitterness. Decent.

Opaque reddish brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Smooth malts with dry creamy sweetness. Light cinnamon. Fruity Coca Cola. Little tangy caramel. Smooth semi dry finish. Comes together quite well.

Didn’t notice the 10 degrees. Almost no foam. Aftertaste with a weak nuance of stout.
