3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an opaque black with a smal beige head. Greasy, buttery nose with a little dark, dried fruits. Medium body, lowish carbonation, heavy tar-like roast, some licorice and a very bitter finish - from both hops and roast. The butter notes are very off-putting. 180313

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Well-made porter. Pours quite flat and ends up looking like a flat coke, but that’s really the only disappointing aspect to this beer. There is a nice balance of sweetness and crispness on the palate. This is a beer that could certainly improve.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours in a very black colo, little reddhis reflections. Correct head, leaves a film of 1 mm, slightly lumpy. Excelleng lacing. Aroma is a little weak; led by dark chocolate and coffee.Medium body, low carbonation, alcohol is well masked. Powerful finish, dry and long. Oat is well present in the taste. Hints of cofee and licorice. Complex, and very well balanced. Excellent.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Intense chicory aromas. Pours very dark, a bit hazy (some visible sediment), with nice creamy tan head, persistent, poor lacework. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is quite bitter, coffee, dark cacao, a bit spicy, a bit creamy in texture, but not fully, bitterness makes any other characteristic to pale. Really dry and bitter aftertaste. Very enjoyable anyway.
Sabores a café, cacao amargo, algo especiada. El amargor domina y enmascara el resto de características. Retrogusto muy amargo y seco. "Disfrutable".

Great beer for a non "porter style expert". Very nice aroma of coffe beans, dark chocolate. Arrearance is fine, quite dark for me. Toasted head, persistent. Palate is strong, low carbonate. Surprisingly easy to drink. I started drinking it quite skeptical. I finished asking for another.
