Villager IPA puts hop aroma fist with a unique blend of buttering and aroma hops. These unusual suspects create an aroma that’s citrusy and floral with the faintest bit of first. Its mild bitterness and simple malt bill keep it easy and drinkable.

Beautifully floral nose, on tap at Namu Goji in the Mission. Hazy gold in color. A hint of malt, but mostly hops in the taste. Overall very good!

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Lovely aroma of fruity hops, tropical fruits galore. Some woody hints too. The flavour is first soft and fruity, then dry and woody, ending in a fairly sharp bitterness.

On tap at Mill Valley Beerworks. Pours bronze with an off white head. Lemonhead aroma, a bit soapy. Flavor is similar, soapy lemon and citrus, unwelcome crystal malt lurking in the background contributing nothing but iced tea and astringency. Revamp the malt bill guys

On tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy golden color with big white creamy head. Aroma is light hoppy fruity, citrus, peach and tropical fruits, light floral and piney and light malty. Taste is sweet, light malty and more fruity hoppy, a lot of orange juice, peach, with a more bitter finish. Light to medium body, oily, average carbonation.

draught@Erzbierschof - pours a cloudy dark blond beer under a solid white foam; fruity hoppy aroma (mango and litchies), quite low carbonation; a good malt body; light sticky and with a late bitterness; light salty and very fruity hoppy finish (mango comes again to mind)

On tap at Mikkeller bar, Copenhagen. Gold pour with a white head. Stewed greens and light fruit aroma. Wheat and fruit flavour. Bitter-sweet finish. Not quite there for me.

Tap@Mikkeller Bar, CPH - golden coloured pour with thin white head. Fruity grassy aroma and taste, straw, light hoppy, very herbal floral for an IPA for me, nice but not blowing my socks off. Ok. ---Sent via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Small sample from tap at Beertemple. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is quity fruity and hoppy with some yellow fruits. Taste has some fruitiness, but is also quite herbal with an over medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbo. Taste does not deliver what the arome promises.
