Clear pale body with a medium sized white head, fading. The nose is very light with floral and citrus hops and cotton candy. The flavor is lightly sweet with cotton candy, honey, pine and grapefruit. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation.

On tap: The aroma is a combination of pineapple, grapefruit, and citrus notes. It’s a transparent amber with a small white head. The flavor starts citrusy with some light caramel and fruit in the background. It finishes with a moderate grapefruit bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate-lively carbonation.

Enjoyed at the brewery with Ryan, Kevin and Chris during a dinner stop: Deep golden hue with a fading frothy head and okay lace. The aroma has notes of light grassy and piney hop, grapefruit and apple esters, light pepper and clove, biscuit malt vapour. The taste starts with hop bitterness and citric twang that is fresh and nicely presented. Mild pale and caramel malt background. Finished with a dry spicy profile. The mouth feel is sharp and lively, chalky finish. A solid IPA that really hit the spot after all those big beers at Kuhnhenn.
