Cask: Aroma is loaded with citrus hops like the regular version, but has an extra kick. Orangish-amber with a touch of haze and a small white head. While the regular version had a quick initial sweetness that was quickly dominated by citrus hops, this one is much fruitier up front and the hops don’t dominate. They’re still present in the finish, but a tad more mellow creating a much better balance. Rye presence is still minimal.
